Fridge with built-in freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner stovetop (induction), coffee machines (Nespresso, Senseo, and coffee maker).

Who cleans the property after your stay?

The property is always cleaned by a specialized company (Romarloc). The cost is 80 € (not yet included in the rental price).

Are towels and sheets provided?

These can be rented separately on-site.
Bed linen: double bed (€12) and single bed (€6)
Kitchen towels: 2 hand towels, 1 sponge, and 1 dishcloth (€5)
Bath towels: 2 large + 2 small (€10)

How is energy consumption charged?

A photo of the meter must be taken upon arrival and departure. Consumption is charged at 0,4 €/kW.

How are the bedrooms arranged?

One bedroom has a double bed. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

How are the bathrooms arranged?

There are two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

When is the pool open?

The pool is maintained by a professional company. The regular pool opening period is May-October. If desired, the pool can be heated, at an additional cost of €150 per week for electricity (€250 per week from December to March).

What childcare facilities are available?

A crib and high chair are provided.

Are pets allowed?

This can be discussed with the owner.

What garden furniture is provided?

A garden table with 6 chairs, 6 loungers, 2 parasols, and a BBQ.
